By bus from Marburg central train station:

Bus number 2 in the direction “Sonnenblick” or bus number 11 to “Universitätsklinikum” pass the central train station every 30 minutes on working days. The drive to the bus stop "Botanischer Garten" takes about 20 minutes. Once in the building take a right and the lab is in first glass door on your right. Please, check the [floor plan].

By bus, coming from the city:

Coming from the city, you can use the bus lines7 or 9 (direction “Universitätsklinikum”). Bus number 7 is a ring line and will take about 25 minutes. From Hotel Marburger Hof the best option to get to the institute is to use bus number 9 from “Elisabethkirche”, 1 min from the hotel. Bus number 9, starting at the Elisabeth Church (“Elisabethkirche”) and ending at the hospital, needs less than 15 minutes to get to Lahnberge (for more information visit [www.rmv.de]. The bus stop at the Lahnberge is called “Botanischer Garten”. Once in the building take a right and the lab is in first glass door on your right. Please, check the [floor plan].

By car, from Kassel

Coming from the north (Kassel), please take the street B3, leave it at the exit ramp called Wehrda and turn right into Neue Kasseler Straße. Please turn left at the traffic lights and drive 6 kilometers straight ahead. On the left side you will see the driveway to Karl-von-Frisch-Straße. After parking the car please cross the street and follow the path until you reach the building in front of you. Please enter the south entrance. In the foyer please turn right into the corridor. Next to the first glass door on your right there is a floor plan indicating the important rooms.

By car, from Gießen

Coming from the south (Gießen), please leave the B3 at the exit Marburg-Süd, then turn left and follow the signs to Uni Lahnberge. After 5 kilometers you will see Karl-von-Frisch-Straße on the right side. After parking the car please cross the street and follow the path until you reach the building in front of you. Please enter the south entrance. In the foyer please turn right into the corridor. Next to the first glass door on your right there is a floor plan indicating the important rooms.
